As online task platforms develop rapidly, they often face a common issue: participants may focus only on income amounts while overlooking task rules, review conditions, and long-term cooperation responsibilities. Legacy Keys Music Group (LK) has recently strengthened its rule explanations in the Colombian market in an effort to reduce new members’ misunderstandings about digital music promotion work.

According to LK, the company requires new members to understand its core policies during the internship stage, including task execution rules, termination rules, the differences between G2 and G3 levels, cooperation security deposit rules, withdrawal procedures, and cross-border settlement fees.

Among these, withdrawal rules are one of the issues employees are most concerned about. Under the company’s policy, after an employee submits a withdrawal request, the funds generally arrive within 0 to 72 hours. The actual arrival time may be affected by factors such as bank processing, local payment channels, financial reviews, and risk management.

When employees apply for a withdrawal, a cross-border settlement and compliance service fee equal to 10% of the withdrawal amount is also charged. This fee is used for cross-border fund clearing, currency conversion, local payment channels, bank processing, financial reviews, risk management, anti-fraud checks, system maintenance, and compliance document administration. The company emphasizes that this fee is not a registration fee, onboarding fee, cooperation security deposit, or employee personal income tax.

LK states that explaining fees and fund-arrival timelines in advance helps employees form reasonable expectations before submitting withdrawal requests, reducing anxiety and misunderstandings caused by unfamiliarity with the process.

In addition to financial rules, the company also emphasizes account security. Employees must complete tasks personally, may not use multiple accounts, may not complete tasks on behalf of others, and may not submit false data. The company believes that these rules form the foundation for protecting client promotional results and maintaining a fair environment for employees.

Industry observers point out that transparency for digital task platforms is reflected not only in whether income is disclosed, but also in whether limitations, fees, review conditions, and the consequences of violations are clearly explained. For employees, understanding the rules is itself an important way to protect their own rights and interests.

LK states that it will continue improving its training materials and announcement mechanisms so that new employees can develop a more complete understanding of the work content and responsibility boundaries before entering formal cooperation.

Specific rules are subject to the information displayed on the platform, formal agreements, and the company’s latest notices.
